Requirements

  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach to identify and engage attorneys.
  • Shadow the founder on candidate prep calls, client meetings, and strategy discussions.
  • Schedule interviews, manage follow-ups, and ensure a smooth process for candidates and clients.
  • Develop genuine connections with candidates to understand their career goals.
  • Keep candidate and client information organized using our clients CRM tools.
