Role OverviewThe Junior Sales Representative will be in training to manage the entire sales process and communicate with customers from the first interaction through the close of escrow. The role involves greeting and qualifying visitors, demonstrating models/homes/home sites, and closing sales.

The main responsibilities of the Junior Sales Representative include documenting transactions, tracking loan progress, responding to customer requests, and maintaining lot files/sales files.

Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive in daytime or nighttime
- Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
