Role OverviewD.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to manage the entire sales process and communicate with customers. This role is onsite, 5 days a week, in the Greater Spokane Area.
What You Will Do
Greet and qualify visitors, demonstrate models/homes/home sites, overcome sales objections, and close for the sale. Track progress of loan, options, and construction, and respond to customer requests for information.

The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong motivation to succeed. Prior CRM software experience and previous sales experience are preferred.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive in daytime or nighttime
- Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop
- Ability to successfully acquire WA State Real Estate Broker License within 90 days of hire
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
