Role OverviewThe Junior Sales Representative will be in training to manage the entire sales process and communicate with customers from the first interaction through the close of escrow. The role involves greeting and qualifying visitors, demonstrating models/homes/home sites, and closing sales. The representative will also be responsible for documenting transactions, tracking loan progress, and maintaining sales files.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s Degree or 2 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop. The candidate should also have proficiency with MS Office and email, and be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
