Role OverviewThe Junior Sales Representative will be in training to manage the entire sales process and communicate with customers from the first interaction through the close of escrow.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include greeting and qualifying visitors, demonstrating models/homes/home sites, overcoming sales objections, and documenting transactions.

Requirements
- Associate's Degree or 2 years related experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive in daytime or nighttime
- Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
