Role OverviewWe are looking for a Junior Sales Representative to join our team. The right candidate will be in training to manage the entire sales process and communicate with customers from the first interaction through the close of escrow.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include greeting and qualifying visitors, demonstrating models/homes/home sites, overcoming sales objections, and closing sales. You will also track progress of loans, options, and construction, and respond to customer requests for information.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who can develop good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members. Prior CRM software experience and previous sales experience are preferred.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive in daytime or nighttime
- Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
