Role OverviewThe Junior Sales Representative will be in training to manage the entire sales process and communicate with customers from the first interaction through the close of escrow.
What You Will Do
Greet and qualify visitors, demonstrate models/homes/home sites, overcome sales objections, close for the sale, document the transaction, track progress of loan, options and construction, respond to customer requests, document cancellations, and maintain all lot files/sales files.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a valid Alabama Real Estate License, a vehicle, and a valid driver's license, with the ability to drive in daytime or nighttime, and proficiency with MS Office and email.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or 2 years related experience
- Valid Alabama Real Estate License
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive in daytime or nighttime
- Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
