What You Will Do
As a Junior Scrum Master, you will facilitate Scrum Ceremonies, improve processes, promote an agile mindset, build strong relationships, and monitor progress.

Requirements
- 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience
- Strong interest to obtain a relevant Scrum certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
- Familiarity with Jira
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
