Job Description
Be part of our talented Culinary team as Junior Sous Chef - Specialty Dining at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Spa.
Requirements
Basic understanding of a kitchen operation within the hotel
In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations
Possess strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skills
Culinary education and/or appropriate level of on the job training and hotel culinary experience
