Job Description
Join the YMCA team as a Junior Summer Camp Counselor and make a positive impact on the lives of children. Assist with supervision, behavior management, and safety of assigned groups. Promote a professional work environment and model the values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 16 years of age
  • Experience working with children in a supervised setting preferred
  • Proof of a negative TB test within the last two years
  • Certification in CPR/First Aid/AED/O2 prior to first day of working camp
  • Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check, sex offender registry, and Child Protective Services check
