Role OverviewThe Junior Systems & Storage Administrator supports the design, implementation, and day-to-day management of enterprise storage environments, infrastructure systems, and cloud-based solutions. Working under the guidance of senior team members, this role assists in maintaining secure and reliable IT environments across both on-premises and cloud platforms.
What You Will Do
Manages data center hardware assets, monitors ticketing queues, provides operational support for SaaS offerings, assists in administering enterprise storage systems, and provides support for M365 services.
