Role OverviewThe Junior Transportation Engineer will contribute to traffic/transportation operational and safety-related studies and projects, working within a multi-disciplinary team to improve transportation in New York City. The candidate will be responsible for conducting traffic analysis, developing recommended measures to address transportation safety and operations issues, and collaborating with other agency representatives on department studies and projects.
What You Will Do
The Junior Transportation Engineer will conduct traffic analysis using engineering software, develop reports and graphic materials, participate in community board meetings, provide technical assistance, and collaborate with other agency representatives.

Requirements
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in civil engineering
