Requirements

  • Review complaint allegations to determine TEA authority under state and federal law
  • Identify potential risks of the allegation(s) and the relative severity of each alleged violation
  • Ensure all correspondence, internal memorandums, and documentation related to complaints are processed timely and accurately
  • Partner with internal investigative units and general counsel to identify and implement actions necessary to ensure compliance
  • Develop and refine policies and procedures that support the team's strategy
