The Building Substitute will plan and deliver lesson plans, manage student behavior, and encourage parent and community involvement. They will also participate in professional activities and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Two years of college with some training/exposure to education
- Ability to obtain a Substitute Permit from the state of Indiana
- Competency in using technology in the classroom setting
- Ability to report to work on a regular and punctual basis
- A strong belief in the mission and goals of Christel House Indianapolis
