Job Description
Shearer's Foods is acquiring Super-Pufft USA (formerly UTZ), which is now part of Shearer's Foods. They are seeking a Kettle Fryer Operator for afternoon shifts, responsible for quality control, packaging, and maintaining a clean work environment. The role requires maintaining kettle cleanliness, ensuring product quality, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices.

Requirements

  • Calibrate slicer heads as required by MIP
  • Ensure kettles are at proper oil level and use correct oil
  • Enter all required test data in Infinity
  • Clean and wash all kettles and wash areas
  • Work with Quality Assurance in packaging
  • Inspect kettles for spec
  • Use required safety equipment
  • Use required containers for waste and product
  • Observe and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice
  • Availability and flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays
