Role OverviewThe Kettle Operator I works at the kettle or pre-treat area, performing the galvanizing process, inspecting materials, and operating equipment. This role is part of Sabre Industries' team that connects and powers America's communities with utility and telecom solutions.
What You Will Do
The Kettle Operator I ensures galvanized products meet quality requirements, operates overhead cranes, inspects lifting equipment, and maintains kettle settings. They also add zinc and alloys to the kettle, dross the kettle, and maintain safe temperatures.

Requirements
- Experience using cranes required
- Experience using forklift highly desired
- Prior Galvanizing and/or Manufacturing experience highly preferred
- Ability to communicate in English required
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred
- Regular and timely attendance is required
