Job Description
We're looking for a Key Account Executive to support and cultivate client retention and growth within the Key Accounts team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, develop and maintain competitive knowledge, and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years in a customer focused, industry specific, or account management position
  • College degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Superior communication skills, able to clearly articulate ideas and concepts
  • Intermediate knowledge of both Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
  • Demonstrable knowledge of CRM tools; Salesforce and Pipedrive strongly preferred
  • Ability to blend sales acumen, outstanding interpersonal skills, and enthusiasm to stay flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment
