Job Description
The Key Account Manager - Architects & Designers is responsible for developing and managing key relationships with leading architects, interior designers, and design firms in the Miami market.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in A&D sales, specification sales, key account management, or global/project-driven environments
  • Strong understanding of the Miami A&D market, including international developers, hospitality, and luxury residential segments
  • Proven ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with architects and designers
  • Experience working within structured CRM systems (SAP C4C preferred) with strong pipeline discipline
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, present, and collaborate effectively
  • Ability to understand diverse customer needs and adapt approach accordingly
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency strongly preferred
  • Global mindset with the ability to collaborate across regions and cultures
  • High level of self-leadership, resilience, and accountability
