Job Description
AkzoNobel is seeking a Key Account Manager to promote their Protective Coatings business to customers and to drive growth in the Coatings market. The role involves managing customer relationships, developing market strategy, and identifying new business opportunities. Success hinges on securing specification positions with key customers and contributing to revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in protective coating/Marine coatings.
  • Subject Matter Expert knowledge of protective coatings sub-segments (passive fire protection, bulk transport, etc.).
  • Understanding of indirect selling and relationship selling principles.
  • Clear communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of contract chain and value selling.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
