Job Description
Nova Biomedical is hiring a Key Account Manager to drive sales growth and manage complex sales opportunities across the biotechnology and biopharmaceutical markets. The ideal candidate combines a strong scientific background with proven success in capital equipment sales and excels at building long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
Manage and grow key accounts within the biotechnology and biopharmaceutical markets
Drive sales of Nova Biomedical biotechnology products
Identify, qualify, and develop new business through proactive prospecting and lead generation
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial contact through contract negotiation and close
Conduct technical sales presentations, product demonstrations, and on-site evaluations
Develop and deliver compelling value-based presentations tailored to customer needs
Generate accurate quotations and negotiate pricing and commercial terms
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and forecasts within the CRM system
Manage and maintain sales demonstration and evaluation equipment
Collaborate with internal teams to support customer success
Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer requirements
