Job Description
Key Account Manager for Mercor, connecting elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs, through sales/marketing consultation and narration of job processes, CRM steps, and workflows.
Requirements
5+ years of full-time sales, account management, or marketing experience at a B2B company (SaaS/tech/enterprise software preferred)
Experience as Account Executive, SDR/BDR, or Sales Manager owning pipeline and quota
Background in Customer Success or Account Management running renewals, expansion, and QBRs
Experience in Demand Generation, Growth, or Lifecycle Marketing running multi-channel campaigns
Day-to-day use of CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), outreach tooling (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo), marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot), and analytics (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
Comfortable narrating your workflow live and answering follow-up questions in detail
