Job Description
Key Account Manager for Mercor, connecting elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs, through sales/marketing consultation and narration of job processes, CRM steps, and workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-time sales, account management, or marketing experience at a B2B company (SaaS/tech/enterprise software preferred)
  • Experience as Account Executive, SDR/BDR, or Sales Manager owning pipeline and quota
  • Background in Customer Success or Account Management running renewals, expansion, and QBRs
  • Experience in Demand Generation, Growth, or Lifecycle Marketing running multi-channel campaigns
  • Day-to-day use of CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), outreach tooling (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo), marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot), and analytics (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
  • Comfortable narrating your workflow live and answering follow-up questions in detail
