Townsquare Ignite is seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) to serve as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts. The KAM will focus on building client relationships, presenting campaign results, and driving growth through strategic optimizations and expansion. This is a client-facing role requiring a consultative and detail-oriented individual.

Requirements

  • Served as the primary strategic partner for high-value accounts
  • Confidently join client calls to present campaign results and make recommendations
  • Oversee campaign optimization and strategy, tailoring solutions to client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Buying and Creative for campaign launch
  • Active participation in regular virtual team meetings
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
