What You Will Do
Assist with daily store operations, including inventory organization, product placement, and compliance-related tasks. Participate in regular inventory audits and cycle counts for cannabis products in the facility.

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state and company regulations
- Required to undergo a criminal background check and appropriate state badging (as directed by state ordinances)
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of cannabis, retail, or hospitality leadership
- Strong operation skills and comprehension of significant cash handling
- Inventory Management to include merchandising, logistics, and investigation tasks
- Servant leadership mindset
- Comprehension of Florida Cannabis Regulations and Allotment compliance is a plus
- Open availability including holidays, evenings, and weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite, POS, and inventory management software
