Role OverviewThe Key Holder is a leader with exceptional interpersonal skills and leadership skills, responsible for supporting Jungle Boys Brand and providing the best medical cannabis experience to all Florida patients.
What You Will Do
Assist with daily store operations, participate in inventory audits, maintain accurate inventory, receive and assume responsibility for product shipments, and help onboard and train new team members.

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state and company regulations
- Required to undergo a criminal background check and appropriate state badging
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of cannabis, retail, or hospitality leadership
- Strong operation skills and comprehension of significant cash handling
- Inventory Management to include merchandising, logistics, and investigation tasks
- Servant leadership mindset
- Comprehension of Florida Cannabis Regulations and Allotment compliance is a plus
- Open availability including holidays, evenings, and weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite, POS, and inventory management software
