Role OverviewAs a Key Holder, you will drive store sales and metrics by supporting the leadership team with store opening and closing coverage. You will help drive the in-store experience through excellent customer service and friendly interactions with associates.
What You Will Do
Opens and/or closes the store, covers open CSL shifts, drives customer service, approves select point of sale transactions, resolves customer service issues, and promotes and sells products.

Requirements
- Must participate in Service Excellence leadership training
- Must be 18 or rising senior in high school
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience in retail preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use computer keyboard, standard telephone, and other related business equipment
- Ability to push/pull 100-500 pounds when moving stock carts
- Ability to work at a safe and steady pace
