Key Holder/Barista Part Time Seasonal position at Minneapolis Marriott, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting daily store operations, and creating memorable moments for every guest in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Promptly greet all guests and offer assistance to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages and food items with quality and consistency.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of store merchandise, beverages, promotions, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Accurately process transactions through the POS system, including cash, credit cards, employee discounts, guest room charges, and hotel property charges.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
