Role OverviewThe Key Holder supports the Manager by assisting with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures. They provide exceptional guest service, create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, process transactions accurately, and assist guests both in person and over the phone.
What You Will Do
The Key Holder performs various responsibilities, including co-facilitating the opening and closing of the bakery, suggesting creative solutions, assisting guests with orders, operating and balancing the POS, and coordinating special-order fulfillment.

Requirements

- Must be proficient in the Crafting and Joy Creating department.
- Must be able to communicate with fundraising groups and accurately enter information into the system.
- Must be able to manage house accounts and maintain accurate recordkeeping.
