Keyholder

As a Keyholder, you'll provide support and assistance to the store management team, performing daily store opening and closing operations while providing an amazing shopping experience for customers. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking to create an amazing customer experience. You'll be responsible for store operations, including merchandise strategies, a clean store environment, and register functions. You'll also assume responsibility for all store operations when management is out of the store.

What You Will Do

In this role, you'll ensure the store is achieving company objectives and KPI goals, set an example for The Torrid Connection through selling skills and customer service, and support management in implementing merchandise strategies. You'll also perform register functions, drive add-on sales, and work a flexible schedule.
