Role OverviewThe KID SPACE SHIFT COORDINATOR will supervise and support KidSpace team members during shifts, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children. The role involves interacting with families and kids, leading games and activities, and creating an exceptional guest experience. The position requires building leadership experience in a fun, family-centered environment.
What You Will Do
Supervise and support KidSpace team members, interact with families and kids, lead games and activities, and coordinate special programs. The position also involves working as a party attendant, hosting high-energy parties for kids of all ages.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have or be able to obtain current certification in First Aid and Community CPR
- Must work a variety of mornings, night and weekend shifts approximately 8-12 hours a week
