Role OverviewThe Kid Zone Care Attendant provides direct supervision to a group of children in a childcare setting, adhering to YMCA core values. They will help to provide a quality experience to children and parents through our YMCA core values: honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring.
What You Will Do
Supervises a group of children, leads and participates in program activities, maintains group control, ensures safety and cleanliness, and serves as a positive role model.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will be professional, courteous, and friendly, with the ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people. Multi-lingual individuals are desired but not required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Previous child care experience preferred
