Role OverviewAs a Program Leader, you will work as a team member, supervising and interacting with children in a drop-in setting, creating a safe and fun environment for children to grow. You will also perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Director.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and implementing age-appropriate developmental curriculum, implementing enrichment activities, modeling discipline, maintaining a clean and engaging environment, and enforcing safety and risk management standards.

Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year progressive experience in an organized child care setting
- Early Childhood Education units are preferred
- Certified in Infant, Child, and Adult CPR and Basic First Aid (or certified within 30 days of hire)
- Completion of YMCA trainings within 30 days of hire
- Bilingual preferred
