Role OverviewWe are looking for a relational, vision-driven Kid’s Corner Associate Director (Birth–Kindergarten) to shepherd our leaders and volunteers, nurture our families, and create vibrant, safe spaces where kids thrive.
What You Will Do
The primary goal is to love, support, and empower our volunteers so they can, in turn, effectively disciple the children.
Why It Might Be a Fit
One should: Loves Jesus & Kids, A People Person, A Coach, Experience: 3+ years in ministry/education leadership is preferred, but not critical, Education: A degree in Bible, Theology, or Education is great, but a passion for discipleship is essential.
