Fellowship of Montgomery is seeking a full-time Kids Minister to lead children to grow in the faith, connect with others, and serve the community. The ideal candidate is passionate about kids ministry and has a heart for Jesus and families.

Requirements

  • Have a heart for Jesus, children, families, and volunteers
  • Lead children and their families to follow Jesus
  • Supervise paid staff and volunteers
  • Create systems and events to thank and appreciate volunteers
  • Build relationships with families, volunteers, and the community
  • Provide quality communication and timely information
  • Maintain accurate attendance records
  • Take responsibility for improving the Kids Ministry throughout the year
