Job Description
Under the direction of the Membership Director, a Y Kids Zone Rep is responsible for supervising and leading activities that engage children in play and learning, while ensuring that health and safety standards are met.

Requirements

  • Lead educational, age-appropriate and Christian-valued activities for children ages 6 weeks-11 years
  • Maintain the health, safety and cleanliness standards of Kids Zone
  • Provide superior customer service to members and their children
  • Implement assigned programming
  • Maintain accurate records relating to attendance
  • Provide care and supervision of children in Kids Zone with emphasis on overall safety and wellness
  • Communicate appropriately with other staff members in a positive manner
  • Attend staff meetings and complete all required trainings
  • Assist with other duties as assigned
