Role OverviewWe are looking for a KidStrong Coach to join our team in Columbia, MD. The ideal candidate will have an athletic or coaching background, experience coaching kids ages 15mo-8 years old, and pediatric OT/PT experience. The coach will be responsible for teaching our science-based curriculum to parents and kids, and will have the opportunity for a flexible work schedule.
What You Will Do
The KidStrong Coach will be responsible for teaching our curriculum to parents and kids, and will have the opportunity to increase scheduled hours through private class coaching hours.

Requirements
- Experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age
- Experience talking to and educating parents on our curriculum
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
- CPR certified
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Self-starter that just gets a job done
