Role OverviewResponsible for the full operation of the burning department, including kilns, DLAs, car haulage systems, and propane systems. Rotating night shift 6pm-6am.
What You Will Do
Monitor kilns, make adjustments, perform daily checks, and repair or report equipment issues. Participate in department housekeeping and meet standards.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be able to learn the full operation of the burning department and DLA, and have basic computer skills. Ability to work in hot conditions and lift 20 lbs. occasionally.
