This role involves developing and leading age-appropriate activities, monitoring engagement, and building positive relationships with participants, colleagues, and stakeholders. It's an on-site position with potential for both school and camp settings, requiring a commitment to fostering a welcoming and inclusive community.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • FBI & DOJ Livescan clearance
  • TB Test clearance
  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to work with young children/youth
  • 6 months experience supervising a group (preferred) OR 6 units in early education/child development.
