Role OverviewThe Kindergarten Classroom Aide supports the Kindergarten teacher in creating a nurturing, engaging, and faith-centered learning environment for young students. This position assists with classroom instruction, student supervision, and daily classroom activities while promoting the academic, social, emotional, and spiritual development of children in accordance with the mission and values of Catholic education.
What You Will Do
Assist the Kindergarten teacher with instructional activities and classroom management. Provide individual and small-group support to students in literacy, math, and other learning activities. Help create and maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
