Job Description
As Director of MDU Sales, you will play a pivotal leadership role in overseeing and expanding our Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) operations, driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives within the MDU sector.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute the overall strategy for MDU sales efforts, including market analysis, business development, and expansion plans.
  • Lead a high-performance business development team in the successful pursuit and execution of Bulk, Marketing, and Access agreements for MDU communities within the defined region.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting to ensure financial performance aligns with organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular field engagement with prospects and team members to successfully exceed sales targets.
  • Manage, mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
