Job Description
We are seeking a Kiosk Field Support for our Sports Book operations. The successful candidate will support kiosk drops, cash moves, and supply deliveries and achieve the following: Discover and implement practices and procedures to optimize usability and peak customer experience on kiosk terminals. Identify and act on opportunities to improve support mechanism as to best support book teams and DM. Resolve and report book team concerns/complaints on kiosk operations.
Requirements
Creative problem-solving skills
Strong technical understanding of CBS equipment
Ability to identify and fix problems without supervision
