Job Description
Maintain warm, hospitable guest relations in all guest contact, prepare menu items as ordered, ensure quality and presentation of menu items, and respond to guest requests and complaints in a courteous and timely manner.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the English language
  • Knowledge of all hotel departments and functions
  • Good mathematical and computer skills
  • Ability to actively listen to others
  • Ability to lift and pull a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs
  • Ability to be a team player
  • Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking
