Job Description
The Kitchen Aide will assist in food preparation, serving, and clean up for daily meals for shelter guests, including coordinating and supervising kitchen volunteers, ordering and inventorying food supplies, and having a ServSafe food handling certificate.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years of age
  • Experience in nutritional needs of homeless populations
  • Experience with disadvantaged populations
  • Trained or receiving training on informal mental health/substance abuse evaluation
  • ServSafe food handling certificate
