Role OverviewAssist with overall operations, sales goals, and profitability of the Kitchen Department. Ensure displays are full, product is rotated, and daily production plan is met.
What You Will Do
Show and sell, cross merchandise, review One Idea Report, place orders with vendors, participate in department inventories, attend meetings, and provide feedback to team members.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years' culinary experience
- Safely operate kitchen equipment
- Demonstrate safe knife handling skills
- Understand product costing and minimize waste
- Basic math skills (measurements and conversions)
- Great customer service skills
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, HRIS)
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to delegate tasks and give clear directions
- Ability to multi-task
