Job Description
We’re looking for a reliable team-player to be part of this exciting new restaurant top floor location with panoramic views of the riverfront and the buzz of a newly renovated hotel below. As the part of the kitchen staff you’ll focus on preparing food as directed, delivering food to the rooftop bar, and ensuring the kitchen stays clean and organized.
Requirements
High School Diploma, Certification or degree in Food & Beverage Service or similar area or equivalent.
Must speak, read, write and understand English.
Knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
Ability to perform large volume cooking.
Professionalism
Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner
Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude
