  • Ability to work independently while following instructions and kitchen procedures accurately
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail in food preparation, cleanliness, and presentation
  • Ability to accurately monitor wastage and maintain quality standards
  • Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures
  • Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs
