We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our rockstar team and create a fun, fast-paced, and fire back-of-house experience in the heart of Pigeon Forge. If you have 3-5 years of Kitchen Manager experience or 5-7 years as Assistant Kitchen Manager in a high-volume location, you might be our hero.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Kitchen Manager experience or 5-7 years as Assistant Kitchen Manager in a high-volume location
  • Commitment to food safety and quality, familiarity with EcoSure Assessments and compliance
  • Ability to train, develop, and motivate team members, working hands-on alongside team members to ensure smooth operations on a daily basis
  • Positive energy and strong ownership, effective management of expected challenges and sudden issues
  • Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
