Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef.
ServSafe certification.
Must pass West Virginia State Criminal Background Check.
Strong health, food, and sanitation knowledge.
Exceptional communication and organization skills.
Good understanding of computer programs.
