Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef.
  • ServSafe certification.
  • Must pass West Virginia State Criminal Background Check.
  • Strong health, food, and sanitation knowledge.
  • Exceptional communication and organization skills.
  • Good understanding of computer programs.
