Role Overview

The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing the production, counter, wrapping, and packaging responsibilities of the deli and juice bar. They must remain abreast of changing owner/customer needs, provide excellent customer service, and ensure high-quality products are well merchandised at all times.

What You Will Do

The Kitchen Manager will receive orders, review invoices, establish standards for quality and customer service, and plan attractive prepared food displays. They will also assist customers with product questions, maintain displays and equipment, and perform weekly and monthly inventories.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a prepared food and/or juice department, with a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience. They must be able to communicate effectively, lead through influencing, and have a proven ability to develop team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Prepared Food and/or Juice department or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three (3) year experience supervising teams
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to lead through influencing required
