Job Description
The Kitchen Manager will oversee daily culinary operations at multiple outlets across the Blue Water Resort and Riviera Beach Resort, working closely with the Executive Chef to ensure smooth service, strong team leadership, and consistent food quality.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of kitchen experience in restaurants or hospitality
  • Lead line cook, kitchen supervisor, or junior sous chef experience
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable leading a small team
  • Experience with ordering, prep organization, or scheduling (a plus)
