Kitchen Operator

We are seeking a Kitchen Operator to work in a cafeteria or restaurant setting. The successful candidate will have experience in large quantity food preparation and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The role involves preparing and serving food to students and staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving food, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and adhering to food safety protocols. They will also be required to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.

Requirements

• Valid ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certificate
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year experience in large quantity food preparation, serving in a cafeteria or restaurant
• Six (6) months experience as a Kitchen Assistant or a Snack Bar Attendant
• Three (3) months training or substitute experience as a Kitchen Operator for Fontana Unified School District
